Scope

This policy covers this marketing website only. Data that customers store inside the Unicorn WMS application is governed by the customer agreement for that service.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter:

• Your full name, business name, business email address and phone number
• Your business type and, if you choose to share it, the number of warehouses you operate
• The message you write

To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. It is held in memory for a short time and is not stored with your inquiry. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a demo if you asked for one
• To prepare a quote or answer questions about the product
• To keep the website and the form secure

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Inquiries are delivered to our team through service providers we use for email or customer relationship management. They process the information only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the form on our home page.
